Five candidates ran for four board of directors positions.  Board positions are for two year staggered terms.  During the May 23rd board meeting, held after the members meeting, the board elected officers.  The by-laws of the association allow for the appointment of up to three additional board members to serve at large as non-voting members.  The Board voted to make one such appointment.  The following individuals have been elected or appointed to the board and will serve in the indicated capacities until June 2009:

The Board thanks our Kacy Schwartz for her hard work and dedication to INNMA  in her role as President of INNMA, especially for the long hours she devoted in making the recent $Gard such a success.  They would also like to thank all of the members and associates who have made this past year a great success and hope you will all continue to support Infragard in the future.
